I first created this extension so that I could view Pinterest pages without logging in.
For example, sometimes a website would show a beautiful photo of say, a forest. And it would link me to a Pinterest page about forests, like this one. And then I would scroll down, and slowly a black box would scroll up from the bottom of the page, and lock me out of the rest of the content.
At first, I would just open Chrome Developer Tools to delete the element that was blocking my view.
But after this happened a number of times, I realized that it would be handy to have a small Chrome extension to just watch for those elements in web pages, and remove them for me.
And this is why I wrote No Nags Chrome Extension. I’ve decided to share it, for those of you who want an extension like this to try out, and to make browsing Pinterest and other sites easier.
